New Project: Capital House
Work has begun at Capital House, which will become the new centre for Creative Technologies (Winchester School of Art) – University of Southampton.
This represents another project with the Winchester branch of Neilcott Construction ltd, a long-term and very much valued client. We're delighted for the opportunity to deliver what promises to be fantastic facility.
Internal fit-out works include design development, installation, and commissioning of all new and full MEP services throughout the entire building. Works include but not limited to:
⭐️ New centralised AHU plant
⭐️ Dedicated extract systems
⭐️ Hybrid (VRF & Water) air conditioning
⭐️ Ventilation systems
⭐️ Smoke protection
⭐️ Public Health
⭐️ Domestic Water (BCWS)
⭐️ Hot water generation
⭐️ BMS
⭐️ Lighting & Lighting control systems
⭐️ New LV Mains distribution
⭐️ Small power
⭐️ Life Support Systems
⭐️ Security / CCTV
