Having been employed to fully validate the clients systems which had reached economical life span, a package of works were put together to install 2x new central source heating & cooling AHU’s, replacement of all internal ductwork systems, controls and fully integrated building management systems.
All executed with a fully occupied building and a well-executed safe demise management plan.
