Project Details

With only the lower floors used for many years as a restaurant, the 4 storey building was completely dilapidated on the upper levels, therefore with the Church having purchased the building, a full transformation of use and aesthetics was required. VME was employed to isolate and strip out all services, prior to developing the full MEP package to RIBA design Stage 4.

Having worked closely with the client to ensure budget constraints were maintained, the construction works progressed through to successful handover, inclusive of: HVAC, Plant Rooms, BCWS Supplies, DX Air Conditioning,  LTHW HEX, Decorative / External Lighting, Power, Life Support Systems, Access Control, Refuge Alarms, CCTV, Gas Services, Power, Internal / External / Emergency Lighting, Emergency Lighting & Building Management Systems.
